DS. Distinctive Styles unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace defective items or issue a refund for any defective item you wish to return.

Q: Return Policy

You may return products sold by within 7 days after receipt of the purchased item, given manufacturer fault. We are not liable for the shipping fees of the returned items unless the merchandise are founded to be faulty or sent to you in error made by DSstyles. DSstyles will not accept any liability for returned goods that have gone lost or damaged during transit.
 Please understand that we have to first verify the condition of merchandise before accepting any refund. All defined Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor exchange.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund. All refund made will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee unless an error is made by DSstyles.
 DSstyles always recommends customers to return the merchandise via insured and traceable service with your courier. Please note that we do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
 * For some occasions (e.g. damaged items), customer may be required to send the photo of the received parcel to our help center, it is for investigating the problem in more detailed. They include
1. Envelop or box of the parcel. 
2. Packing 
3. Merchandise


Q: Returning Items

We accept returns that are:
  • Any product that remain UNOPENED
  • Any product that in its original condition
  • Any product that issued with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA is basically an access number sent by the manufacturer after the approval of an item for return.)
  • Please notify our Customer Service Center within 7 days after parcel received
  • Products that must be received by DSstyles within 14 days after RMA issued date


Q: Non-returnable Items:

We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:


  • Without a valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number is basically an access number sent by the manufacturer after the approval of an item for return)
  • 1.) For the below scenarios, products are not eligible for return:
      - Products are sold under promotional offer, e.g. discount offer, order with free gift
      - Products has been used
      - Customers initiate the return request over 7 days after the receipt of the parcel
      - Customized Products
      - Handcrafted Products, such as Swarovski crystal phone case
2.) Return for refund
  - If customers return the goods for refund, which is not caused by manufacturer fault, DSstyles will refund to customer after deducting below administration fees:
        a.) 10% restocking fees based on total order amount
        b.) Original postage bear by DSstyles
  - If the returned product has been used or damaged by customer, the refund amount will be only 50% of the original order value.

It is suggested customer to take photo for the products before sending back to DSstyles.

Q: Exchange Policy

All products are checked ready for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in such perfect condition, sometimes it might be damaged during delivery process. Should this happen please follow our return policy.



Q: Warranty Policy (Suitable for Made With Swarovski Elements Cases and Accessories)

The warranty period is counted for 1 month starting from the date of dispatch within 1 month after received the product, customers may return the product to for renovation if crystals fall off from the main product. will bear the labor and material cost incurred for the renovation. The postage for returning the product will be responsible by customers. If it's out of  warranty period (1 month), customers have to bear both returning and resending postage.

You can send items back to us at the address below using any other trackable / insured shipping method. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
