Excellent

Very lightweight (in a good way) and holds "Doctor's Brushpicks" without a problem. Incredibly convenient as compared to trying to carry around a bunch of picks in the case they come in.

My husband loves it!

My husband is all the time looking for a toothpick. I got him this to keep on his key chain so he can always have a toothpick whenever he needs one and it just looks like a light or small gadget on his key chain. He has been using it for about 4 months now and it still works great-- he opens it several times a week and doesn't have any issues with it coming loose or not screwing on correctly.
